Our plush friends are crafted using high-grade polyester plush fabrics paired with 100% new polyester fiber (PP cotton) filling for optimal softness and shape retention.
What does the plush fabric feel like?
It feels silky-smooth and gentle against the skin. We select low-shedding fabrics ranging from velvety short plush to airy long-pile coats that are comforting to stroke and cuddle.
Why does my plush look slightly different from the photos?
Since each plush is hand-assembled, filled, and finished, subtle variations in facial expression, fur lay, and plumpness happen naturally. Think of it as your plush’s personal flair!
Will my plush arrive compressed, and how do I fluff it again?
To protect your parcel during shipping, some items arrive gently vacuum-sealed. Simply unpack, massage gently, hand-brush the fur, and let it rest — it will regain full fluffiness within 24 hours.
