- Character Limits: Each ear can accommodate up to 30 characters, including spaces. For the best embroidery results, we recommend 3–8 characters to ensure a neat, beautifully stitched finish.
- Lettering & Direction: Stitched horizontally down the ear center. Longer text will automatically be resized by our artisans to maintain proportions.
📅 Processing & Dispatch

How long does custom embroidery production take?
Bespoke stitching requires delicate handcrafting and quality inspection. Please allow an additional2 to 3 business daysfor production before dispatch. Once dispatched, local regional hub delivery takes 3-15 days.
Are embroidered threads safe for babies and machine washable?
Yes! We use 100% skin-friendly, non-toxic, CPSIA-certified threads. The stitching is reinforced to withstand gentle hand washing or machine washing (place plush in a laundry bag and air dry naturally).
