Can personalized items be returned or exchanged?
Because custom embroidered items are crafted specifically to your unique specifications,personalized items cannot be returned or exchangedunless there is a quality defect or spelling error made on our part. Please double-check your spelling before ordering!
How long does custom embroidery production take?
Bespoke stitching requires delicate handcrafting and quality inspection. Please allow an additional2 to 3 business daysfor production before dispatch. Once dispatched, local regional hub delivery takes 3-15 days.
Are embroidered threads safe for babies and machine washable?
Yes! We use 100% skin-friendly, non-toxic, CPSIA-certified threads. The stitching is reinforced to withstand gentle hand washing or machine washing (place plush in a laundry bag and air dry naturally).
