Currently, all bunnies in our newly launched floppy-ear collection (both Cut-pile Floral and Burn-out Pattern series) feature long floppy ears specifically crafted for custom thread embroidery.
Can I buy the bunny without adding embroidery?
Yes! Embroidery is completely optional. You can purchase the plush bunny alone for $29.00 USD without selecting any ear customization options.
What is the difference between One Ear and Both Ears?
One Ear customization ($9.99) allows up to 30 characters on either the left or right ear. Both Ears customization ($12.99 - Best Value) lets you put distinct text on each ear (e.g. "Olivia" on Left Ear and "11.01.26" or "Love you" on Right Ear).
Can both ears have different custom text?
Yes. When selecting the "Both Ears" option, you will see two separate text boxes for Left Ear Text and Right Ear Text.
What are the character limits, font, and color options?
Each ear supports up to 30 characters (including spaces and punctuation). You can choose from 6 curated typography styles (Alfa Slab One、Chewy、Comic Sans MS、Georgia、Courier New、Times New Roman) and 9 embroidery thread colors (Ruby Red、Classic Black、Golden Yellow、Sky Blue、Pure White、Mint Green、Emerald Green、Rose Pink、Royal Purple).
How long does embroidery production take?
Custom embroidery requires 2–3 business days of careful handcrafted production prior to standard order shipment.
Can I modify my embroidery text after placing the order?
Because custom stitching begins shortly after order placement, changes can only be requested within 2 hours of checkout by contacting customer support.
What is the return policy for custom embroidered items?
Customized embroidered items are final sale and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or stitching error made on our end.
